WINEMAKERS TASTING NOTES AND COMMENTS We're very proud to offer our first Central Coast Pinot Noir, and from special blocks of the renowned Laetitia Vineyard, no less! The careful mix of clones, including old vine Martini, results in a layered, complete wine full of sweet cherries and exotic spice. The fleshy, silky weight is balanced by the inherent acidity of this cool climate vineyard; and careful use of French oak in fermentation and aging provides delicious background notes of sweet chocolate and savory briar. Delicious on its own, this Pinot Noir will match well with lighter meats, most fowl, and fish such as salmon.
