WINEMAKERS TASTING NOTES AND COMMENTS
Remarkably ripe and fleshy for the cool 2007 vintage in Oregon, our Momtazi Vineyard Pinot Noir combines macerated cherry flavors with complex notes of dried roses, gingerbread, toffee, and hints of clean loamy earth. The nicely rich palate and slightly firm tannins provide attractive intensity now and promise excellent future pleasure as well. It will match wonderfully with pork and richer preparations of chicken and salmon. |
